First Chair was born out of the need for ready-made delicious food at a reasonable price. Vail used to be about skiing. Now it's about luxury. Made for skiiers by skiiers, our goal is to restore a piece of Vail's legacy with First Chair.

 

There's no dress code here, our vibe is laid back and inviting, so come as you are. Fur coats are never required, but we'd love to share some treats with your furry friends on our dog friendly patio.

We created our menu with one-of-a-kind "modern" burritos for all hours of the day, designed to be enjoyed on the lift. If you're here to ski, we're here to help keep you out and enjoying the mountain rather than tied up in long food wait times. Our fast service will have you in and out the door in less than a minute.
